About ArrowStream
Since its founding, ArrowStream has helped trading partners in the food service industry more effectively manage their supply chains. ArrowStream On-Demand, a suite of supply chain software solutions, offers comprehensive data visibility, from the manufacturer to the distribution center to the restaurant's back door, all through its proprietary, protected online network.
The Challenge
As ArrowStream continued to grow, they recognized that the ArrowStream brand and expressions needed to better reflect its growing leadership position. ArrowStream operates somewhere between the old world of traditional logistics management and the emergent world of on-demand, technology-driven supply chain management. As a result, the ArrowStream brand needed to be designed to accommodate and unify two historically disparate lines of business.
The Process
Working closely with the ArrowStream team, Kristian Andersen + Associates conducted a series of real-time interviews with company stakeholders and customers, as well as exhaustive competitive research. Through this process, Kristian Andersen + Associates was able to uncover the essential levers that truly differentiated ArrowStream from the field of competitors. Applying these findings, the team crafted a unique set of positioning statements, developed a robust product/brand architecture, designed a new corporate identity, and launched a redesigned web presence, all in support of the new brand launch.
