UX is shorthand for User Experience. The sum of all customer interactions with your brand is the User Experience. Each time a customer logs into your application, clicks on your web site, sees one of your advertisements, talks to support, participates in your presentation at a conference, or reads a blog post about you, they are interacting with your brand. User Experience is the marriage of interface, product, and brand.
